Revoking ACH from account - stopping PDL withdrawals
Date: Wed, 06/20/2012 - 14:45
I want to revoke ach withdrawals from my checking account but my bank wants to charge me $30.00 for each stop payment.
Could I file a fraud claim instead? Wouldn't this be considered fraud since I have already paid the principle on the loans?
I know the advice is to close my account, but it is impossible to do so at this time. I have too many payments coming out in the next few days (as well as direct deposits).
Advice?
