I own my car, and thats about it. No house, just renting.
So all my debt is in credit cards. I'm stuck going the debt settlement route right?
Think you have to own a home or a mortgage to get a consolidation on unsecured debt right?

You could always take advantage of the free consult on this site. I don't see why you would have to just go the settlement route but I am not expert with consolidation and I am sure someone else with more knowledge will be around with more information.
