Have you checked them out with the BBB? Also look on Ripoff report. I'm sure someone has dealt with them, but always check BBB!

Always check out many (at least 6 or 7) debt settlement companies before making any hiring decisions. The BBB is a great place to start but also check the company's rating with the International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators (IAPDA). This Gold, Silver or Bronze level rating indicates how many of the firm's members are professionally trained as certified debt arbitrators. The higher the rating, the higher the training and level of professional care.

Thanks for that info on the IAPDA! I never heard of them (or missed them being talked about on here!)

In addition to above please check with the Attorney General of their state where their office is located and their local Bar association if they are attorneys. Lastly check with the Federal Trade Commission to see if they are being looked at by them.

I never heard of them, but just had to comment on how catchy the name is.
