I need help with Unsecured Debt and Secured Debt

The last year and a half my financials have took a terrible turn for the worst. I took a title loan out on my car through Wells Fargo Financial to purchase some new furniture for my house since I was recently divorced and had no furniture to move along. I also was given an additional credit card when I signed for his loan without even asking for it. Not long after, my roomate became unemployed which was my additional income to help me pay bills. He has since started working again, but only makes $8 an hour and has two loans of his own to pay. I have only skated by so long because I had student loans and credit cards on top of that to help pay for additional things such as living expenses and gas, books, etc. I am not blaming my roomy for my irresponsible debt because I should have not relied on him for income. Any income from him should have been additional for debt.
I realize I have been extremely dumb with credit cards and other loans, but I need to figure something out to be able to pay things off. I dont even make enough money to pay for all my minimum payments. To make matters worse, I am so far behind on almost all my debts and bills. Im affraid my car will get repossed, or I will be camping in my own house to save money on utilities each month.
Below is a brief list of my debt:
Wells Fargo Credit Card.....................Over $3000 and way overdue
Wells Fargo Financial Credit Card.........Over $3,600 and way overdue
Wells Fargo Auto Finance...................Over $4,500 and way overdue
CFNA (Firestone)..............................Over $1,500 and way overdue
Dell Financial Services.......................Over $2000 and extremely overdue
Citi Mortgage...................................Missed last months mortgage
Behind on Mediacom, US Cellular (my phone is shut off now), Mid American Energy
Im so scared and dont know the best place to start. Since my phone is shut off collectors from Wells Fargo Financial are calling my work. It is extremely embarassing too.
I have spent the last few hours reviewing the forums here and am hoping that someone can tell me where to start. Should I attempt things on my own, should I look into credit counseling, or should I try something different?

Sure someone will come along and offer some good advice, just wanted to say I HATE CC's!!!! They made it so easy to borrow, like monopoly money!
Never again!!!!
Not used a CC for over a year; totally pay with cash/debit now!
Anytime I need something I go to a thrift store-yard sale-craigslist!
