hello
I am 180 days behind with Discover. They send me an attorney pending until jun 31, 2012. I logged in to the card member assistance website, but it says i can't view this page. I called the virtual team, the number i saw on the website. The lady i spoke to, said I am not eligible to settlements because my dept its relatively new, and its not old,i guess i needed to reach 210 days? and that they are having an attorney put on my account. etc. I said i would like to settle, she denied. So signed me up for the program, for 5 months, removing all the fees, but didn't lower my interest rate. the other dept i called few days before, offered to lower the 17% rate and also to remove the fees. but not all of them. The virtual team lady promised to remove all the fees. What should i do? I agreed to the program and gave her my cheking account number, they will start taking money out Jun 1st,
should I stay on the program? or cancel the program and wait until i can get a settlement? i read here on forum that if you reach 210 days with Discover, you can get settle

please someone answer?

Thank you
