debt settlement problems

I have made an offer to settle a credit card debt with ARS national services. I have requested a settlement letter multiple times. They email me one (password protected so I could not open it) and once I did get the password, two weeks later, the letter said the payment was due that day (two weeks previous). I have written multiple more emails to get a settlement letter and stated I will mail the amount as soon as I get the letter. No results. I do not know how to get through to these people.

don't do anything till you receive that letter -- have them fax or email or mail -- but till you get it-- dont do a thing -- once you receive it its your proof of your agreement -- if they are serious they will get it to you
