Guidelines for debt consolidating

CAn you do debt consolidation if you do not have credit cards? My debt is from utility bills , medical, bank account default. Can you set up a repayment if the debt is already in collection status?

Consolidation is simply getting a loan to pay off all of your bills and then repaying that one loan instead. If you qualify, you should be able to get the loan for whatever purpose you choose.
