need help with paying off my pdls

i have my pdls due date this coming friday and don't have enough to pay for those financial charge since i have loans from several places.
should i close my bank accnt asap and talk to them about payment arrangement?
i really don't know what to do first...
somebody please give me some advise.

It won't be a good decision to close the account before you prove some unfair activity like unauthorized withdrawals in your checking account. At this situation, I will suggest you to talk to your lender and explain your problems. See if they are willing to work with you. Offer them your payment proposals and send some money in advance if that makes your deal stronger.

viv I am going to pm you two contacts that I have in California. One is for a lady in the state Attorney General's office. She has an interest in internet lenders who are loaning to CA residents.
The other is for a lady in a consumer's rights group. She may be able to help you with your store front lenders.
I'll find the laws for CA in a few. In the meantime look at my blog, there is a template letter to use there for settling with the internet lenders.

They can give you payment plans and they cannot charge you. Call them and try to work things out with them.

You can freeze your account for a period of time, so it will only do deposits and not debits. I would look into that.
