i signed a lease with ram property and 2 other companies brought it horizon the donaldson group i broke my lease 2 months before it was up at that time one of the other companies owned the property not ram this was 17 or 18 months ago now ram properties trying to sue me for the 2 months rent not the company that brought the property i need to contact the donaldson group to find out when they brought the property because i use to sign my rent check to ram property and 3 months before i broke my contact i was told to write it to cheverly crossing llc. can someone tell me what to do i go to court 9/10/2007 and they did not even give me the summons it was in the hallway of my apartment with me and my husband ss3 and birth dates on a copy of the old lease in hyattsville maryland
