small claims complaint

i recieved a small claims complaint in the mail today for 60.00 at a flower shop. my address had changed and i totally forgot about this bill. anyway i have the money to pay do i still have to go to court or can i take the money to the flower shop and this will be the end of it.?

You can pay at the flower shop, but you're going to have some additional fees..You'll have to pay the court fees. Still though- it'll be cheaper than actually going to court.
It's always better to work it out out of court. Give the florist
