I had a default on a CC posted on credit report in May 2003.
I have gotten a summons for a court date in Sept. 08 in Tennessee
I was a resident of Maryland until I moved to Tennessee Nov.2006 The SOL in Maryland is 3 Years.
Can There be a judgment on me here in Tennessee since the Maryland SOL has past?

Since they are suing you in Tennessee, they will be using the SO
Since they are suing you in Tennessee, they will be using the SOL where you currently reside. The SOL for Tennessee is 6 years for open accounts.
Do you know the date of your last payment....that is the date your SOL would have start from.
