Finding SOL date

I have just been served for an old debt. I am tryin to locate date of last activity. I am in Texas and I know it was 2004 but cannot find the month. How do I find this, I just purchased a credit report and it is not on there.

I would think it would be on your credit report as to the day and year. Have you check the other credit reporting agencies? You can get a free one each year from each agency.

sol for texas

I work for a military contract,recently i was asked to provide
a request for information. For a debt on a pass due account.
This Debt happen in 1996 time frame. what is the SOL on this debt. I retired in feb 2000.
