Solid Ground Financial has got a B- rating from BBB.

I was "sold" by the representative at Solid Ground and signed with their service. After paying them $650, which I understood was not going to my creditors, I learned that they did nothing more than pass my account onto another company that would handle my finances.

Basically, they are a placement service. They do nothing more than take your money. Go around them and directly to a company that will deal with you directly. I basically wasted $650 because they did nothing! I was told they would negotiate with my creditors, but they didn't and now I am a month behind on my bills with nothing to show for it but an empty bank account.
