Has anyone used this company?
the person i am speaking to is at this number 1800-350-0188 ext 822
they say they are an attorney based debt settlment; they talk about validating the debt and so on.
the company is just a refferal service for the attorney's they work for. how does all this sound to you people
only thing i like is the monthly payment is exactly the same as everyone else available but they will go to court for me if i get sued; and all the reading i have done i may actually get sued if i do do this debt settlment thing.
what do you recommend?

Are you not confident about the company that you are thinking of hiring or you feel that debt settlement isn't the right way for you? In either case, alternatives are available. You may have to search for another settlement firm or may look up the other debt relief options that are available to you.
