I can't believe i actually talked to someone at starprocessing and I am so angry that I "told-them-off". I told her HOW DARE THEY deposit money into my checking acct without authorization. That I NEVER contacted them for a loan and now my checking acct is all screwed. I am out of work and collecting unemployment insurance. My check just came in but because of Starprocessing now taking money OUT of my acct. I"m left with no money to get by on. This is unexceptable. I also informed my bank about them but they can't help me. But I wanted them to know just in case another client gets contacted with this company. Can I get a lawyer or is there anything I can do for them to stop taking my money.

Welcome to the forums!
You have made a huge mistake by informing them about your account details. They are taking advantage of this situation and debiting money. Ask your bank branch to close this particular account and re-arrange a new account. You can also put a hard debit check on your account. Otherwise, I think you have to close the account. Yes, you can always contact a good lawyer if you want to do so.

Thank you so much for responding. You have been helpful but one last thing. I never contacted this company for a loan and never gave them any information. Neither did anybody else. They somehow got access to people's checking account and that the big problem but will close my account.

Yes, from Money Mutual back in September 2010. Had no problem with them. That's the only time.
