I've been working with a debt settlement company. We had a three-way conversation (company,myself, and Zwicker on the 10th of this month. A settlement was reached and my first payment is scheduled for the 24th of January. I just received a summons from Zwicker of Michigan. The deadline to respond is the 31st. What do I need to do and include in the "Answer and Appearance" with the court? Does the info go to the county clerk or the court person?
