Can someone please tell me what Statue of Limitations I use? Is it based on where I live or where the company is located that the debt is owed to? Where can I find this information?

Generally for unsecured consumer debt (such as credit cards, etc.) it is where you live. For others, such as bank loans, etc., it's the location where you signed the agreement.

I agree with law student on this issue, it is where you initiated the contract, so I would say that it would where you lived at the time the contract was started.
