Question Regarding Stipulation Letter
Date: Thu, 01/29/2009 - 09:30
Hi Guys,
A few weeks back I posted that I spoke with the Attorney's for Cap1 and reached a payment agreement. They sent me a Stipulation and Consent to Judgment Letter to sign and return. It lists all the payment details but the last line of the letter states, "and consents to the entry of a Final Judgment of these amounts." I just want to make sure I'm not screwing myself or something by signing this. Please advise. Thanks!!

basically you are signing your right to court if you default on this agreement.meaning if you miss a payment they can get a judgement automatically if you default on it.that's what it looks like to me.i know debtcruncher is around at night and should confirm this.
