I have three paydays loans from store front locations. I live in Kansas. I am currently getting ready to go into debt consolidation but was told I could not add the payday loans. I have stopped payment on the loans through my bank and have sent letters to the offices regarding my finanical situation. I have received phone calls but have not had the nerve to speak with them. I would like to know if there is any way to just consolidate them with my regular bills.

Some companies will work with payday loans and some companies will not. Perhaps the one you signed up with does not work with them. Are you dealing with online or storefront payday loans? First you defiantly want to make sure the payday loans are following the laws of your state.

There are few consolidation companies that include payday loans with regular credit card debts in the program. One consultant is already referred by this website. He will figure out your best possible options.

Talk to the storefront lenders. Avoiding them will cause you problems because most of them have a legitimate business in the borrower's state. Once they understand your genuine problems, some extensions will be possibly done to catch up your payments. After talking with them, you might realize that you won't need to put them in any debt management plan because you'll be able to take care on your own. Give a call and then move from there.

I have pm'd you some info. regarding the consultant that fatb88 mentioned in the previous post. Hopefully they can help you out. Whatever you do, don't ignore the situation, because storefront lenders usually follow the laws of the state their lending in, and can possibly take you to civil/small claims court.
