Debt Settlement with Income

Hello,
I am entering in the debt settlement process and am curious to see if anyone in this forum has had success with debt settlement while still having a job. I know the CC's like to see you have no income but I was curious to what stories people have of being able to settle their cards for below 40% with a job/income.

Most people enter debt settlement with a job...how else would yo
Most people enter debt settlement with a job...how else would you pay the settlement? Quite frankly those without jobs are more concerned with survival than debts.
Most do have extenuating circumstances, like lower income, spousal job loss...there is usually some form of hardship.
