:confused:going to court on11/13 ,to argue the point that they buy uncollected from the bank that charged /writtenoff ,what argument i should make.


There is nothing illegal against buying sold debt and suing on it. That argument is actually irrelevant and will have no bearing on the case. Is the debt yours? The amount wrong? (Keep in mind your current balance will include interest and court and legal costs.) You would need a legitimate defense to get out of it.

Did you DV NCA BEFORE getting served?? You would have to demand proof of the debt in the discovery phase which means you would need to file a motion with the court. Look up the Rules for Civil Procedure for your state.
