receive summons from pse and g for 1800 ..2005...correct address but totally wrong last name..does that matter?? also where can i get copy of transaction for house sale in 2005? ty

Regarding the house transaction, the county recorder would have recorded the title change at that time. You may check with the county recorder's office for the receipt.
