Summons! need help responding!

If you recived a summons, read it carefully. In Ohio we 28 days to file an answer or the creditor wins by default. You need to call the clerk of courts or an attorney with any questions and do it fast. You want to wait until the last minute. The answer does have to anything fancy that comes later. I know I am in Ohio put below is a cut/paste copy of an answer I prepared and filed:
