:sad:I JUST RECIEVED a letter from superior court saying i have a judgement against me that was for 25.00 back in 3/16/10.i dont know from whom but this company is behind it.what to do????i am tired of people trying to take what i dont have and noe the interst is up to $343.25,i think they are volchers.:(

Did you not receive a summons to go to court? If not and this is the first you have heard about it, call or go to your courthouse and ask them the procedure. You need to get the judgment vacated as you were never served and given the opportunity to defend yourself.
