Does anyone know what has happened with Superior Debt's BBB thing expiring? What does this mean to us that are considering their services?

I never used the BBB to heavily nor did I rely on them solely for the information. In order for businesses to have membership it is because they need to pay the membership dues and that is it. It concerns me that so many have used BBB solely for their research. As for Superior Debt, i have been with them for almost 2 years now and only have 3 accounts left to be settled. Just because their membership has expired the information on the page is still relevant. They also have 100% arbitrators. Not to mention a wonderful person Teresa at their counselor. She is very knowledgeable and patient.

If you are looking for reasons to discount their service to not to use them I would strongly encourage you to make sure you know what you are doing. Prior to enrolling with them I went with a law firm that had me sued in 4 months, well after that fiasco I left them and went over to Superior. The best thing I ever did.
