There is no lower limit on the number of days after which a creditor can choose to charge off a debtors account. So 60 days is quite believable although the lower limit is usually 90 days.

Yes I really owe the debt. wish I didn't but I do !....I was on this program since 09 I have 6k left out of 17k to chase. I missed this mths pymt because I had to have surgery and had to payout a % of the surgery, which left me no option but to miss a payment.
I have been throwing around just letting the debt go and be done with it due to many medical bills and having not a penny left after paying all my incured bills.
All my posts lately are inquires about what to do I have till the 8th of next mth to decide....I don't know if chase will settle or just sue because I was on there best plan and dropped out. I created my debt and I owe my detors I know that I'm just so sick of having no money left for anything, my husband has been paying the blunt and needs help cus hours cut on his job....
Ideas on what my outcome will be trying to settle after the blp will they or won't they settle??
