credit card debt

I need to know if i am sued for credit card debt if they can take our burial plots owned by me and my spouse? It is all we have except for two old cars. He is disabled and i have health problems and no job, money or anything of value.i have paid on these cards for 6 years never missing a payment and can no longer pay. what can the creditors and court do to me? My daughter has helped in the past and can no longer help me.
