I was checking to see if Texas could garnish my wages if I was being sued for a wreck back in 2010.


Hi,

Texas does not allow wage garnishment as such. That is, in Texas wages cannot be garnished for any ordinary debt. But, if you would have given more details on your debt, it may have been easier to give you a proper answer.
