I am about to sign

I am about to sign with T&C but wanted to get more info so I was searching GOOGLE, but not much there. I checked this site and also found Langhorne. But as I continued reading, I found that there were a lot of issues, however, at first reading there are a lot of positive things said about them. Since T&C is receiving the same positive feedback, I wonder if buried somewhere in the blog, if there is some horrible story about them. I did read where one person had been paying them and the pdl is taking that person to court. I guess I just need to make sure that I am not digging a bigger hole for myself by going through a company like T&C. Does anyone have the latest info on them?
