I am terminally ill and have many medical costs. I cannot continue to pay my payday loans. I have 2 loans that arGe unsecured that total over 3000 and 7 local payday loans totaling over 1000. I'm sinking. What do I do?

Which state are you from and what are the names of the payday lenders? I think we can help you out here if we have that information. As for the two unsecured loans, what kind are they? Credit card debt, instalment loan?
