GC Services, whose main office is in Texas but called from Florida, working for American Express stating they would help me find A job, so I called them and the web site they gave me jsa.com had nothing to do with job search assistance or jsa. One collector actually stated they where from The Law Office that in California it is a felony to misrepresent being an attorney. Another company called after 9 PM in California. Wells Fargo Bank collections from the State of Oregon and Iowa heard my reasons and still called me a fraud.

Are you sure that you received the calls from the collection agencies/law firms only? It seems to be a scam. Next time, you receive calls, ask them the exact reason for calling you. If they are calling regarding some debts, ask them to validate them. Don't disclose your personal information to them on phone.

I really doubt this whole story....GC Services wouldnt waste time as they tend to do first placement for AMEX. Think this guy has his whole story mixed up.
