Private Student Loan & SOL

If anyone has any useful information it would be greatly appreciated!!
I have a private student loan out that I did not know about. I have been paying off my federal student loans now for years and they are all up to date. I was served a few months ago for this debt, $15,000. I filed paperwork in the supreme court stating I was unaware of debt, no promissory note was given to me or did i have, and the statue of limitations was up in NH. My private student loan was taken out of Missouri & their SOL is not up technically. But I figured if they are charging me in a NH court then they would have to go by NH Law? Is this correct? A few weeks ago I then got a letter in the mail for a conference call with the judge and plaintiff? Is this a good thing or bad? I've never heard of it happening before?
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!!

The loan is from 2004. I looked up my credit report, which its on, and states it went into default 2006. and this is the only loan where it does show my fathers name on it under Responisbility: signer with "dad".
Plus this is the only bad thing on my credit report now.
The SOL on student loans goes from the date of default, so this
The SOL on student loans goes from the date of default, so this is probably still within SOL....Missouri is 6 years for prom notes, NH is 10.
Where does your dad live?? They will be suing him too.
