These ppl keep calling my residence and I don't have a clue why because I don't have an account with them. I have asked them to remove my number from the calling list and they haven't done so yet .What else can I do?

If the collection agency doesn't stop calling you even after rec
If the collection agency doesn't stop calling you even after receiving the cease and desist letter, then take legation action against them. You can also register a complaint with FTC or State's Attorney General.
