rec'd an offer for 80% payback for my discover at Zwicker and Associates. I am in a debt settlement program and they're taking care of my debt. Is there any other way that i can get it lowered? or any way to get my account back to discover so that they send it out to another collection company? what if my debt settlement company were to tell Zwicker that they no longer represent me, would Zwicker send that account back to Discover or they will go ahead with it?

Even if you leave the settlement company, it is not likely zwiker will return the account. They usually have the account assigned for a specific period of time.
