Is there a list of which creditors are easy to wor

No such list exists.

You can do a search of your creditor on this website and read the posts on how others settled. From personal experience Bank of America was the easiest, Chase, HSBC. Citibank is tough and you want to settle with them before chargeoff. Discover was pretty difficult, but the one that gets the gold star for being difficult is Capital One. Citibank and Capital One are quick to file legal papers.

For us we found Chase, Bank of America and Citibank to be fairly easy and straight forward. Discover was more difficult for sure and we had to settle at a higher percentage.

4. discover-left hand and right hand do not hook up to the same brain.

and not for my personal worst.......drumroll please

5. cap one-aka carp one and also fondly referred to as crap one.
