Hello!
Has anyone dealt with New Era since the new laws have passed? I have found several good reviews and BBB has given them an A+ rating.

I don't have any personal experience with them but I did look them up on the BBB. They have an A+ rating and are accredited with the BBB. This would at least make me feel better about the company.

Just be wary with any settlements and take into account that any forgiven money over $600 can be filed with the IRS and you will get a 1099-c, basically that means you will have to pay taxes on the forgiven money.

Thank you for your post. I am the VP and Co-Founder and would encourage you to take a moment to go thru the audio testimonials, they are uncut unedited statements made by real clients.
Another key point that is worth noting. The FTC has passed a new rule that bans any fees from being charged prior to achieving results, which protects consumers. We are proud to say we were possibly the FIRST company to become compliant, so in essence you have little at risk, and keep in mind the results we have achieved.
I wish you the best in your quest and welcome any questions.
