I was straight out of high school and on my way to college. I did a bad thing and used a credit card and didnt pay it back. I know I am in debt, but I am unemployed. The credit card I used was from Wells Fargo. I really want to pay back the debt and maybe any other debts that i can confirm that I have made. But the harassing calls i get from Wells Fargo are not understanding. I ask my boyfriend about his debt collectors and they are the nicest people in the world. My debt collectors are mean, and so rude. They dont listen to how i can pay them back ( like pay 50$/monthly). I tell them I cant give them any payment the day they call me, but if its a monthly payment plan i can situate something. Also, I can never understand them because it sounds like they are out of the country. I am around 1,500K in debt. I haven't paid them in 2 years because I am unemployed. How can i resolve this issue. AND I know I'm in trouble and i put myself in this situation.........:(

The debt relief company will negotiate on your behalf with your creditors and help you get an affordable payment plan to pay off your debts.

The low amount of debt that you have wouldn't qualify you for a debt management plan. How much was the balance on your card prior to default? I suggest you offer WF a settlement. Try offering them $500 to settle the account in full. Can you come up with $500 over the next 90 days?
