i did receive 250 from star cash processing but i closed the account but they are withdrawing the account of sum owed now i am negative in a closed account how can i prevent them from contining my closed account is now 145

What state are you in? they probably aren't even licensed to lend in your state. As far as stopping them from withdrawing from your account, well, sorry but that isn't going to happen. As long as they have your account information they will use it, and worse than that, they will sell or share your information with other illegal lenders. If you leave that account opened, you are asking for trouble.
