I want to put WWR in debt settlement..Are the chances high they will take me to court as Im trying to settle the debt over a 2-3 year period..will they work with settlement companies if the client is activily working to eliminate the debt.

WWR can take legal steps against you even when you are enrolled into a debt settlement program. Neither are they compelled to work with the settlement companies. You should check whether the settlement company will provide you with any legal assistance.
