Credit Bureau Report

Paid off Verizon Wireless acct thru Stephens & Michaels Assoc. Have letter stating it is paid in full and settled. Pinnacle reporting to credit bureau it is only half paid off. How do we settle this without a huge long distance phone bill?

You should also send the copy of the letter (where it is mentioned that the account has been paid in full) to credit bureaus.
