If this is fraud. how do you fight it? I received a statement from RJM as well, saying that I was overdrawn from a bank that I have never had an account with! They are telling me I am overdrawn by $751+ and this is the first time I hear about this?

You may ask RJB to show documents that you have overdrawn from a bank. Ask them to validate the debt. If you have never overdrawn from a bank account, then they will not be able to prove it. If they can't prove it, then send a Cease and Desist letter.
