I have never ( TO MY KNOWLEDGE ! ! ) had a
" MAJESTIC VISA " card - in my name. I am request-ing the history (when, where, how, by whom,, AND Any Other Co - Signers, etc. info supplied on the application for this VISA - of "mine " - that I NEVER had ! ) for this VISA card, as well as where / when the purchases were made.
