Knock on wood! I've been dealing with them for a year, and so far things seem to be going okay. I had gone to collections nearly 12 grand in debt, and they helped me work out a payment plan with the CC companies. I've been paying it off slowly now with more manageable payments, and I've been getting regular reports in the mail showing my progress.

Good to know that the debt relief company has helped you work out a payment plan with the CC companies. You should keep the documents proving that you are making payments to the debt relief company each month. Check your credit report regularly.
