We had made an arrangement to pay off a credit
card, they were taking money out of my checking account every month, then started calling again to
collect lump sum. Stated they had listened to the
tape recordings and that was not the agreement and that the company that they were taking money out for would not agree to these terms anyway. I told them they were liars and scammers and to quit harassing me, even though they were withdrawing money anyway.
Yes, I raised my voice, who would not if the outright lied to you, stated nothing taken out of bank account when I have records and statements that prove they did. To summarize, they went back on our agreement and lied to me

Keep in mind when you are in collections, all payment plans are temporary. The collection agency can and will change you payment plan or call the balance due in full at anytime. That is their job....to liquidate your account in the shortest period possible
