Judgement Proof

I have alot of credit card debt and one of the law firms that bought a debt have sent me a "Warrent to Pay", and have set a court date next
month. They are demanding very large payments that I cannot afford.
I live on a static income of Social Security, a small Pension, and a small
Annuity. I have been exempt of paying property taxes because of low income. I live in the state of Virginia and I do have a condo which I pay a
mortage and dues every month.
I was wondering whether I am "Judgement Proof" in the state of Virginia.
I believe all this credit card debt is unsecured?

Nobody is judgment proof. As a homeowner, you have an asset that can have a lien placed on it. They most definately will follow thru with the judgement.
