Is Allied Interstate allowed to call me at work and harrass me? They are constantly calling me at work and I have requested them not to call me at my place of emplyment. What can I do to stop them from calling me at work?

Under the FDCPA laws, CA is not allowed to call you at your workplace unless your company policy allows it. So, if your company policy doesn???t allow it, then you can file a complaint against them to the State Attorney General or FTC because of 1 laws.
