settlement on a SL by Redline Recovery

Redline has given me a settlement that I can afford to wipe out the loan completely. Can they do that on a student loan for Sallie Mae. Will they try to come back for the rest of the loan. They said they would give me a paid in full letter listing all the loan # that are in the settle ment in 10days after the payments clear. Can they be trusted to do so
