I have a lot medical bills and being called from debt collectors for those as well as some older things on my credit report I do not know how to start all I know is that I wanting to get all of it cleared this year

You start by contacting your creditors and informing them of your intention to settle the accounts. Try and negotiate a settlement wherein you would need to pay less that what is owed. By the way, how old are the 'older' accounts and which state are you from?
