wells fargo auto finance sent to collections

can anyone tell me if there is one particular company that wells fargo auto finance uses when sending to collections? I was told yesterday by WF that my account was sent to a company they called "cba" and was given a 1800 number, that turned out to be a wrong number. An internet search for cba was unsuccessfull.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
