I have judjment in oregon the judgement was 4,726.76 they want me to pay them 9,471 what is 4% over t bill I trying to pay off my bills


Your judgment will include the amount of your debt, plus court costs and attorney's fees. Hence the difference.

You're going to have to work out a payment arrangement. They will garnish your wages according to your state's laws and may even levy your bank account and/or put liens on any property you own.
